These terms govern your use of inphased.com and the INPHASED client portal, operated by INPHASED. Work we perform for you is governed by your signed proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
Using the site and portal
- Keep your sign-in secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
- Only connect accounts and upload content you are authorized to share with us.
- Do not misuse the portal, attempt to access other clients' information, or interfere with its operation.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us permission to use it to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
Partners
Some functions are delivered by preferred partners. Their work is coordinated through INPHASED under the terms of your engagement.
