This policy explains how INPHASED (“we”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit inphased.com, contact us, or use the INPHASED client portal and connected services.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email, business name, website and the answers in a brief or application.
- Account information when you use the portal: your name, email, role and organization.
- Content you upload or enter in the portal, such as brand assets, intake answers, messages and approvals.
- Technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
- One preference cookie that remembers the industry you chose so the site can be tailored to you.
How we use it
- To respond to you, prepare proposals and deliver the services you engage us for.
- To run, secure and improve the site and portal.
- To send service messages about your engagement. We do not sell personal information.
Connected accounts
When you connect a third-party account (for example Google, Meta, Shopify or QuickBooks) in the portal, you grant INPHASED access through that platform's own authorization. We use that access only to perform the work you have engaged us for, and every action is recorded in your portal's activity log. You can revoke access at any time from the portal or from the platform itself. Access tokens are stored encrypted in our database, under a key held in Google Cloud Key Management Service, and are never shown to our staff.
INPHASED's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Logins for tools without such authorization are stored in a dedicated password-manager vault that our staff can use without viewing the password. Use of these logins is logged and shown to you.
Health information
Our public site never asks for protected health information. For medical practices we serve, any protected health information is handled under a business associate agreement and only by people and providers who are bound by one.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host and operate our systems, and preferred partners assigned to your engagement, under agreements that limit their use of your information to providing the service. We disclose information when the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal obligations. You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or disconnect any account, by contacting us.
