Connect once, revoke any time
Accounts such as Google, Meta, Shopify and QuickBooks are connected with each platform's own sign-in. Tokens are encrypted in our own database under a key held in Google Cloud KMS, and never shown to people. You can disconnect from the portal or from the platform itself.
Logins we can use but not see
For tools without that option, logins go straight into a dedicated password-manager vault for your business. Our team can sign in through it without viewing the password, and each use is logged. Where a platform offers staff or partner seats, we prefer those.
Every action, recorded
Posts published, settings changed, reports pulled, logins used: each action taken on your behalf appears in your activity log with who did it and when, including actions by partners.
Least access
Partners see only the clients and functions they are assigned to. Ending an assignment removes their access at once. Staff sign in with multi-factor authentication.
For practices
Practice workspaces add stricter time-outs and access logging, keep patient details out of notifications, and admit only partners with a signed business associate agreement.
